1. Shipping Policy

At ALEXANDROS BIOFARM, we work with trusted international 3PL and courier partners across Europe to ensure that your order arrives quickly and safely. Our products are stored and dispatched from European logistics centers, so you receive your items within 1 to 3 business days in most EU destinations.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Shipping Regions & Timeframes

  • European Union: 1–3 business days (depending on destination)
  • Non-EU Europe: 3–6 business days
  • Rest of the World: 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and total weight.

Customs & Duties

Orders within the EU are not subject to customs duties. For non-EU destinations, local taxes or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

2. Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your ALEXANDROS BIOFARM purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions:

  • Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Returns of opened or consumed food products cannot be accepted for safety reasons.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
  • In case of defective or wrong product delivery, we will replace it or issue a full refund.
