Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery for an exchange or refund.

1. Conditions for Returns

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Perishable food products (such as honey, olive oil, herbs, and similar items) cannot be returned once they have been opened or consumed.
  • Return shipping is free of charge. We will provide instructions for returning the product once your request is approved.
  • Items returned with signs of use, damage, or without original packaging may not qualify for a refund.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund.

3. Return Process

  • The product you want to return
  • A short description of the issue

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refund Processing Time

If your return is approved:

  • Processing typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Customized or gift-wrapped items
  • Items marked as final sale
